A hand thrown and turned, this oatmeal white mug is decorated with white slip and a clear glaze and features a yellow stripe handle detail. The foot is left unglazed except for my makers mark inside the foot ring. The delicate toasted line where the glaze meets the clay body is as a result of the firing process and is different with each firing. It is a lovely punctuation mark between the foot and the bowl of the mug which contributes to its individuality.
Each is handmade in small batches, so there will be slight variations in terms of surface and dimension. This mug is pictured with on one of my thrown coasters (black) (sold separately).
These pots are dishwasher safe and food safe, although washing by hand is the best option.
