Description
We will begin with a short welcome from Sarah. After a short mindfulness exercise, the main activity will be the guided making of a body mug which should take around 20-30 minutes. This will be a cup with a difference, forming the mug from one piece of clay. Our cups will be truly personalised and will fit naturally into our hands. The focus, as with all my workshops, will be on working slowly and in rhythm with the breath. The outcome will be a decorative cup (the clay used is not fired). There should be time for those who wish to share their reflections after making.
