How do I buy Sarah’s ceramics and services?
If you are interested in buying a piece of work from this site, please email me with your contact details and the name of the work and I will get back to you. I accept Pay Pal, online payment through my online store or by invoice, bank transfers or cheques.
Can I commission a piece of Sarah’s work?
Yes, I welcome commissions. Simply email me or use the contact form with your request and contact details. I will get back to you to discuss your project. Please let me know your preferred method of contact, phone or email.
Packaging and transit
All works are packed with great care; they come wrapped in bubble wrap then placed inside a wooden/cardboard case, depending on the size of the item. Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail in the main, but may be sent by courier depending on the value of the item. Please contact me if you wish to purchase any item that is not listed in the store.
The courier company will require a signature to confirm delivery on arrival and will also require a phone number to call in the event of any problems such as delays. All items are insured during transit.
I always endeavour to keep shipping costs to a minimum and will contact you if courier costs are higher than £100. Unless a free delivery is offered, you will pay for the costs of delivery. The costs of delivery is calculated based on the size, weight and fragility of each item and the distance between the item location and your delivery address. The costs of delivery may vary depending on access restrictions, or special requests from you.
When will I receive my purchase?
If you are purchasing an existing piece of work, I aim to dispatch between 3 – 5 days after payment has cleared. For workshops, classes and courses, payment is usually required prior to the event. If you are in a rush to receive your order, email me and I will do my best to find a solution.
If you have commissioned me then the time limit is not rigid. I aim to produce and deliver the work in about 6-12 weeks, but as above this can be reduced in special circumstances.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Purchasing:
– Vouchers can be purchased for minimum value of £10, and any denomination above that; please contact Sarah for more information and details of how to purchase.
– Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
– Vouchers will be emailed free of charge, but can be posted by special arrangement subject to costs for p&p.
Redeeming:
– Vouchers can be used for part or full payment of any Sarah Core Arts goods or services only. If the costs exceed the value of the gift voucher the balance must be paid in full at the point of purchase.
– Vouchers may not be sold or transferred and cannot be exchanged or refunded in part or in full. No credit or change will be given on any unused portion of the voucher.
– Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any special offer or promotion.
Returns and refunds
RETURN POLICY AND NO RISK GUARANTEE
GOODS
I will be happy to accept a return for a full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. Send me your notice of return via email. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost, unless damaged in transit. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, via the same payment method used for purchase. Work that has been commissioned by the buyer is not returnable.
SERVICES
WORKSHOPS, CLASSES AND COURSES
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive a refund. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, I will do my best to offer a different date or rebook, where possible.
GIFT VOUCHERS, courses, classes and workshops
In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled, a new gift voucher will be issued and be valid for a further 12 months. In the event that a course, class or workshop is cancelled by a voucher holder, no refund will be given. If a voucher is lost, destroyed, stolen or deleted Sarah Core Arts reserves the right to issue a replacement; the purchase receipt will also be required for a replacement to be issued. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, I will do my best to offer a solution, where possible.
