Relax and Recharge pottery class

6 weeks, weekly pottery classes, 7pm – 9:15pm on Wednesdays.

We take a step by step approach to hand building clay methods and focus on relaxation and recharging through the clay activities and relaxation exercises during the session. There is an opportunity to work on your own clay projects and to hone existing skills if you have them. Building techniques for sculptural works are also included and there is an optional extra session of throwing (additional costs may apply).

These classes are taught by Sarah, ceramic artist and meditation/relaxation teacher.  Come and experience the original wellbeing through clay method, as featured, on BBC One.

The items you make will be finished at different stages along the six week course and everything you make will be yours to treasure at the end of the course.  Build on knowledge from previous weeks to explore the wonderful world of hand building and decoration in clay pottery. Fee Includes:  Classes £240 for a block of six.

Suitable for:  all levels, including beginners.  Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult caregiver, who will also need to attend the course.
